This 1/2 hour class is a combination of kicks and punches on our heavy bags. The bags create resistance to help burn fat and shape your body. This is a great workout when pressed for time.
Because of the shorter duration of this class, it allows students to focus on punching and kicking. It helps with perfecting punching and kicking technique as well as providing a high level of cardio over a short amount of time.
Punches include standard boxing technique such as jabs, straight right, left hook, right hook, uppercuts and combinations. All classes are on heavy bags.
Kicking includes low kick, medium kick and high kicks. Some classes include front push kick and others. Using the legs burns more energy that just the arms and hands so you will get a tremendous workout by using both during this high intensity class.
If you don't have a full hour or time for one of our regular cardio kickboxing classes, this is a great class to work in. Learn how to punch and kick too!
