Exercises

I decided to start off this class with some Snatches. Of course we had to follow with Get Ups and other fun exercises like Front Squats, Double Bell Front Squats, Military Presses,  Pistol Squats, Back Step Lunges,  Renegade Rows, and ended with Slow Kettlebell Twists.  Yes, we call this fun.

Wendy works with her class on some basic kettlebell exercises, in addition to the Alternating Swings, Windmills, Double Windmills, Pistol Squats, Bear Crawls, and Renegade Lunges. WOW, what a workout!
