Class Intensity Levels:

Red- High Intensity

Green- Medium Intensity

White- Strength Based/ May include Cardio Intense Exercises


Beginners suggested classes- Tuesday and Thursday  4:30pm AKB,  Wednesday 7:30pm AKB, and Friday 4:30pm Bags and 5:00pm ABsolute Cardio

Instructors do their best to provide modifications for most exercises during class, but if further assistance is needed, please feel free to ask the instructor after class.
