Kettlebells were developed in Russia in the 1700's, used for training the Soviet Army. They were introduced in the mid 1900's in the United States.

Methods To Guarantee Ultimate Fat Loss and Strength Gain With Kettlebells

You will be trained by Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructors who have undergone some of the world's most rigorous courses with a combined total of over 45 years experience. What it takes to succeed
in this program:
After completing the Kettlebell Basics Foundation class you will begin 3 weeks of practice with intensive instructional cuing. Once the Kettlebell Fat Loss & Strength Program begins, you will be supervised by our instructors during all classes. They will instruct, cue, and support you as needed. We're here to help you succeed!
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: SAFETY IS OUR TOP CONCERN AND WILL BE OF PRIMARY EMPHASIS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROGRAM!

Attend all 9 instructional practice classes

Commit to all 16 weeks of training 3 hours per week. Classes are Monday 6:30pm, Wednesday 6:30pm, and Friday 5:30pm

Stay actively involved in the program; nutrition classes, online support, and networking.

Schedule and keep all assessment appointments.

Openly communicate any and all concerns ie. food, exercises, physical constraints. We don't know if you don't tell us. Remember we want you to succeed and we're here to help.

Important Dates and Times
Kettlebell Basics Classes
Must register for one class, choose from the following dates:
- Thursday, Jan. 8th from 6:30pm-8pm*
- Saturday, Jan. 10th from 10:15-11:45am*
*Please arrive 20min. early to set up payment plan and expect to stay for entire class or you may be asked to reschedule.
Kettlebell Instructional Practice begins Monday, Jan.12, 2026 at 6:30pm.
These required classes continue on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 5:30pm until "The Burn" starts on Monday, Feb 2, 2026.
Nutrition Classes
New Participants must register for one class, choose from the
following dates:
- Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026 from 6:00pm-8:00pm
- Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026 from 6:00pm-8:00pm
Kettlebell 16-Week Program Tracking Begins
Monday, February 2rd at 6:30pm

Non-members pay an enrollment fee of $139.00, and a monthly fee of $95.00 per month on a four month agreement.*

After you enroll, check your email for instructions to register for Kettlebell Basics.
*A 4-month membership agreement, a fee of $95.00 per month for four months will be established when you attend the Kettlebell Basics class. Please be prepared to arrange a payment plan at this date.

After enrollment, check your email for instructions on registering for Kettlebell Basics (unless Monique has already cleared you).
*If you are not able to attend one of the scheduled Kettlebell Basics classes, a Kettlebell Basics training session can be arranged with one of our certified Kettlebell Instructors (for an additional fee). This must be completed by January 11, 2025.
