Service Description

Get ready to elevate your workout with our Peak Intervals Rebounder Class! We’ll kick things off with a warm-up to boost your blood flow and heart rate. Then, we'll jump into four intense 4-minute intervals, where you’ll push your heart rate to 80-100% of your maximum. Each interval will be followed by 3 minutes of recovery and core work. We'll repeat this cycle four times to maximize your effort. To wrap it up, enjoy a light cardio finisher to cool down and leave you feeling energized. Join us for a fun, high-energy workout that promises to challenge and invigorate you! *This class is not for beginners.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, use the "cancel" button available to you on the Wix app. Please cancel at least 5 hrs. before the beginning of the scheduled class. Members: After two no-shows or late cancellations, you will be charged $15.00. For specialty classes, you will be charged the $20 class fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. Non-members: No-shows and late cancellations, will not be refunded. Bookings cancelled will be refunded minus the processing fee equaling $1.50. WIX does NOT automatically refund for cancelled bookings. Please message Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness for your refund of a cancelled booking.
