Service Description

Suitable for all levels Yoga Sculpt is a yoga flow class that breakdown traditional styles, poses, inversions, and vinyasas. A combination of workshop-type explanation and guidance into traditional yoga practices. We use props, weights, and other tools to help break down yoga movements and get the full benefit of each pose. Vinyasa-type flows with a fun twist. Challenge your balance, strength, and mindfulness. All classes end with a cool down and a small mediation during a quiet and still savasana.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, use the "cancel" button available to you on the Wix app. Please cancel at least 5 hrs. before the beginning of the scheduled class. Members: After two no-shows or late cancellations, you will be charged $15.00. For specialty classes, you will be charged the $20 class fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. Non-members: No-shows and late cancellations, will not be refunded. Bookings cancelled will be refunded minus the processing fee equaling $1.50. WIX does NOT automatically refund for cancelled bookings. Please message Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness for your refund of a cancelled booking.
