WHAT IS SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING?

Semi-personal training is a small-group training experience consisting of 2–4 participants. Workouts are professionally programmed and coached while still allowing for individualized attention.

This program provides the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting while maintaining the benefits of professional coaching.

     Emily will: 

  • Tailor exercises to your ability level

  • Teach and reinforce proper exercise form

  • Provide technique corrections

  • Progress weights appropriately

  • Modify exercises as needed
