During this 1.5 hour hands-on training class we demonstrate the drills that incorporate full body tension, bracing, diaphragmatic breathing, and proper hinging at the hips. In addition we will teach you how to maintain a packed shoulder (essential to safely swinging the kettlebell). The swing is one move that lays the foundation for all other kettlebell exercises. After completing the Kettlebell Basics Class, if you decide to continue your training with us, you will be required to attend the four additional kettlebell classes. These four classes will follow directly after your Basics Class and will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays for two weeks. This is not optional. It is critical for your progress that you practice these new skills to gain proficiency and prevent injury. Furthermore, it establishes the basic skills needed to actively participate in our kettlebell classes.

*Kettlebell Basics is not offered during the months of February-May due to our Kettlebell Fat Loss and Strength Program.
