Core Interval

You will be soaked to your “core” with this high intensity training session! This class applies muscle confusion to maximize your physical progress. Utilizing the Tabata technique, our instructor will drill you in a variety of 20 – 30 second bursts of fierce conditioning movements with little rest time between rounds. You’ll build endurance, balance, strength, and agility through the entire of the session! It’s a seriously sweaty fat-burning combat between your body and mind! Bag blasting drills will take your breath away! Push-ups, Burpees, box jumps, and intense fat-blasting moves will rip your core! You will raise your metabolic rate and continue the fat-burn well after your training is complete!
