Service Description

Press it, snatch it, squat it, swing it! A kettlebell is an amazing resistance training tool that builds strength, power, endurance, and cardio conditioning! Feel your power and strength increase with the weight of the bell. *Must have taken Kettlebell Basics and continued training at Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness to book this class.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, use the "cancel" button available to you on the Wix app. Please cancel at least 5 hrs. Before the beginning of the scheduled class. After two no-shows or late cancellations, you will be charged $15.00. Bookings cancelled will be refunded minus the processing fee equaling $1.50. WIX does NOT automatically refund for cancelled bookings. Please message Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness for your refund of a cancelled booking.
